Refund Policy

All products sold on tharakajay.com are digital PDF books delivered electronically via WhatsApp and email after payment. Because digital goods cannot be returned, refunds are handled as follows.

When you can get a refund

• Failed delivery: you paid but never received the PDF within 12 hours of payment and the issue cannot be resolved.
• Duplicate payment: you were accidentally charged twice for the same book.
• Wrong file: you received a different book than the one you paid for.

How to claim

Contact hello@tharakajay.com or WhatsApp +94 72 866 0862 within 7 days of purchase with your order reference (shown on the payment confirmation screen). Valid claims are refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Not covered

• Change of mind after the PDF has been successfully delivered.
• Issues caused by the buyer's device, reader software or internet connection — though support will always try to help first.

Payment disputes

Payments are processed securely by PayHere. If your bank or card statement shows an unfamiliar charge, contact us first — most issues are resolved within a day.
