By using tharakajay.com or purchasing a digital product from it, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Tharaka Jay, Sri Lanka.

Digital products

• All books are sold as PDF files for personal use. Each purchase grants a single-user license — you may read the book on your own devices.
• Redistribution, resale, uploading to public sites, or sharing the file with others is not permitted.
• PDFs are delivered personally via WhatsApp and email after payment — within 12 hours at the latest, and on average within about 10 minutes.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely by PayHere (payhere.lk), supporting credit/debit cards, bank transfers and mobile wallets such as FriMi and iPay.
• Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include any applicable taxes.
• PayHere's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself; see our Refund Policy for refund terms.

Services

Design, development and social-media services are quoted individually. Project timelines, deliverables and revision rounds are agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

Intellectual property

All website content, book content, logos and artwork are the property of Tharaka Jay unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Digital products are provided “as is”. While every effort is made to keep content accurate and up to date, no guarantee is given that the books are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
